Optimal Dental Health Program

What is it?

The Optimal Health Program is an annual prepaid savings program for routine dental care that offers an extra discount on other treatment during that year. The program is a way to receive a savings on quality dental care without annual maximums, pre-determinations, exclusions or waiting periods.

  • 3-4 hygiene visits per year, (including periodontal maintenance)
  • 10% off treatment, including fillings, crowns, whitening, and more
  • 10% off additional treatments, except all-on-four teeth in a day
  • Starting at $299/year
Optimal Dental Health Program

How does it work?

Pre-pay for your annual x-rays/exam and hygiene visits and receive significant savings. The program lasts for 1 year and program members also receive 10% off treatment*, including fillings, crowns, bleaching, and other cosmetic procedures. An annual program starts at $299 and is tailored for your Optimal Dental Health. We have plans available for those that have prescriptions for 3 and 4 hygiene visits per year, (including periodontal maintenance) visits as well. If during the year, other treatment is needed, the participant will receive 10% off that fee. Want a new smile makeover with veneers? You will receive 10% off that smile makeover. Want to whiten your smile? 10% off whitening.
***All on Four teeth in a day treatment is not included in the 10% off as that fee is already discounted.

Can I join the program if I already have dental insurance?

How is the Optimal Health Program Different than my dental insurance?

The Optimal Health Program gives you freedom to choose the type of care you wish to have without a third party “Approving” or “Denying” your choices. The dollars you spend for dental care go only towards your dental care.

What about payments for treatment beyond what’s included?

You will receive 10% off your treatment plan. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.

FAQs

How long to wait to eat after teeth cleaning?

After a regular teeth cleaning we recommend a 30 minute wait before eating, especially if a fluoride treatment is applied. If you had a deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), wait at least a few hours, and stick to soft foods to avoid gum irritation. Avoid hot, spicy, or crunchy foods for the rest of the day if your gums feel sensitive.

We do not pull teeth. During your consultation, if we see that you have teeth that need to be removed we will refer you to a trusted specialist and coordinate to ensure the restoration of your teeth.

At Sandquist Dentistry in Las Vegas, we do our best to accommodate dental emergencies. Start by calling our Las Vegas dentist office. When you call during office hours, we make every effort to see you, sometimes on the same day. If your dental emergency happens on the weekends or after office hours, don’t worry; just call the office and leave us a message. For true dental emergencies we have an emergency line that Dr. Sandquist monitors. He will return your call as soon as possible and see you at the earliest availability. For minor dental emergencies you can also request an appointment online. We do not see patients on weekends.

Full-mouth rehabilitation is a comprehensive dental treatment plan that restores the function, aesthetics, and health of the entire mouth by addressing issues with teeth, gums, and bite alignment. It often involves a combination of procedures, such as crowns, veneers, implants, and periodontal treatments, tailored to the patient’s specific needs. Start by getting a consultation with a trustworthy dentist, like Dr. Sandquist. Though full mouth rehabilitation is not always necessary, digital imaging, X-rays, and a detailed assessment of your teeth, gums, jaw, and bite allow us to make a treatment plan. Restorative work (crowns, bridges, or implants), cosmetic improvements (veneers or teeth whitening), and functional corrections (orthodontics or TMJ therapy) are all part of your personalized treatment plan. At Sandquist Dentistry in Las Vegas, we are here to get your oral health, function, and appearance back to their best.

Myofunctional therapy is a series of exercises designed to improve the strength, coordination, and function of the tongue, lips, and facial muscles. It addresses issues like tongue thrust, mouth breathing, improper swallowing, or poor oral posture, which can contribute to dental problems, sleep apnea, or jaw pain.

You might need myofunctional therapy if you experience symptoms like chronic mouth breathing, speech difficulties, teeth grinding, or an open bite, or if your dentist identifies functional habits affecting your oral health. At Sandquist Dentistry in Las Vegas, Dr. Lee-Mirzayan, DDS, is certified in myofunctional therapy and, through consultation, will help you determine whether it’s right for you.
