Dentures in Las Vegas
Dentures in Las Vegas
Regaining a complete smile can restore comfort, confidence, and ease in your daily life. Many patients are pleasantly surprised at how natural, stable, and comfortable modern dentures can feel. At Sandquist Dentistry, we provide custom dentures in Las Vegas designed to help you chew comfortably, speak clearly, and smile with confidence.
Whether you are replacing a full arch, addressing several missing teeth, or exploring implant-supported options, our team offers supportive guidance and personalized care at each step. We welcome patients from The Lakes, Spring Valley, Summerlin, and the surrounding Las Vegas communities.
What Are Dentures
Dentures are custom prosthetic teeth that replace missing teeth and the surrounding oral structures. They are carefully crafted to look natural, fit comfortably, and support daily function. Depending on your needs, dentures can be removable or supported by dental implants.
Types of Dentures at Sandquist Dentistry
We offer multiple options to restore your smile comfortably and predictably.
Full Dentures
Full dentures restore an entire upper or lower arch of missing teeth. They are designed to fit securely over the gums and provide a natural-looking smile along with improved facial support.
Partial Dentures
Partial dentures are ideal when some natural teeth remain. They fill gaps, prevent shifting, and restore chewing ability. Partials are designed to blend naturally with your remaining teeth.
Implant Supported Dentures
Patients who want greater stability often choose implant-supported dentures. Dental implants help anchor the denture, reducing movement and offering improved comfort while eating and speaking.
Immediate Dentures
If extractions are needed, immediate dentures provide a temporary solution so you do not spend time without teeth. Adjustments are made as your gums heal and settle.
Benefits of Modern Dentures
Today’s dentures are more natural and comfortable than ever. Benefits include:
- A complete, confident smile
- Improved chewing comfort
- Clearer, more natural speech
- Lip and cheek support for a fuller facial appearance
- A customized fit based on your bite and facial structure
- Enhanced day-to-day comfort and self-confidence
Our goal is to create dentures that look natural, feel secure, and support long-term oral health.

Savings Through Our Optimal Dental Health Program
Patients who want predictable preventive care often join our membership program, which includes:
- Annual x-rays, exams, and hygiene visits
- Options for three or four hygiene visits per year
- Reduced annual fees
- Ten percent savings on many restorative treatments, including dentures
Our Denture Process
A natural-looking and comfortable result begins with careful planning.
1. Consultation and Evaluation
We assess your gums, remaining teeth, bone support, and overall oral health. We discuss whether full dentures, partials, or implant-supported options will meet your goals.
2. Impressions and Custom Measurements
Precise impressions and measurements guide the design of your denture. These details help create a natural shape and comfortable bite.
3. Try In
A wax or trial version of your denture may be used so you can preview the appearance and fit. Adjustments can be made before the final denture is created.
4. Final Delivery
Your finished dentures are fitted, polished, and checked for comfort, stability, and natural appearance.
5. Follow Up Visits
As you adjust, follow up appointments allow us to fine tune the fit and ensure your denture feels comfortable through everyday activities.
Adjusting to New Dentures
Most patients adapt within a few weeks. With guidance and minor adjustments, you will find:
- Eating becomes easier
- Speech feels more natural
- Everyday comfort increases
- Soreness reduces with proper fit and follow up care
We provide clear instructions for caring for your dentures and making a smooth transition.
Cost of Dentures in Las Vegas
The cost of dentures varies based on:
- Type of denture (full or partial)
- Whether implants are involved
- Materials used
- Any needed extractions or preparatory care
- Follow up adjustments or relines
Typical local pricing ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 per arch, depending on complexity. Implant-supported dentures have additional costs related to implant placement.
We review all fees with clarity before treatment. Our Optimal Dental Health Program also offers savings on many restorative services.
Who Is a Good Candidate for Dentures
You may be a good candidate if:
- You have multiple missing teeth
- You want to improve chewing comfort
- You want to restore your smile and facial support
- Your remaining teeth cannot be predictably restored
- You prefer removable or implant-supported options
We evaluate your oral health and discuss all possible solutions to restore your smile comfortably and predictably.
